All jewellery is now packaged in eco-friendly bags that are 100% landfill safe and environmentally degradable at no extra cost to our customers. While conventional plastic bags typically take 500 years to degrade, our eco-friendly plastic bags can naturally degrade within 2 to 4 years. They begin to degrade when exposed to the natural environment of UV light, oxygen, heat, humidity, wind and water. Then consumed by micro-organisms, converting them into carbon dioxide, water and safe biomass at the end of their life cycle.
Recyclable Materials
We have passed the GRS factory inspection, please see the attached report. This means that our products could be made from recyclable materials according to customer requirements, and this is all certified by a third party. The Global Recycle Standard (GRS) is an international, voluntary, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. Having a GRS report validates responsible social, environmental and chemical practices in production. the objective of the GRS is to identify requirements to ensure accurate content declarations and good working conditions and to ensure that harmful environmental and chemical impacts are minimised.
We are also committed to recycling ourselves. For example, we use a filter that collects dust particles of precious metals (gold, silver) so that they could be reused again. Any returned or defective products in production and creation are sent to recyclers to minimise waste in our operations and drive recycling throughout our supply chain.
We are always working to find new sustainable ways to make our jewellery, exploring innovative materials and processes that are good for both our customers and the environment.

Renewable Energy
We are currently making the transition to renewable energy and solar panels on the roof of the factory to use clean energy for the factory, which can currently meet 30% of the daily electricity demand. We’re continuing to push to expand that percentage.
We are committed to reducing ebergy use in our daily production too, for example, by converting our production facilities to be light entirely by LEDs.
Responsible Sourcing
We want to make sure that all the materials we use come from a good source, which is why we are committed to ethical sourcing. We work with specialist recycling partners to verify that raw materials are recyclable. Our ultimate goal is to have 100% traceability of all materials in our supply chain
We only work with suppliers that we have long trusted and who guarantee the ethical sourcing of our materials, including chains, fittings and stones. We will also continue to work with suppliers of certified and traceable gemstones to ensure that diamonds are selected that do not contribute to armed conflict in high-risk countries.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging
For the packaging, we could use 100% recyclable shipping materials and reusable boxes upon request. We constantly strive to optimise the size and delivery of our packaging for the benefit of our customers and the environment. All soft plastics that enter our business, as well as cards, paper and courier bags/boxes, are either reused or recycled as well.
Our packaging partners have Disney certification and BSCI certification to ensure that the material is environmentally friendly and recyclable.
